Decision or Review Approaching
A material decision is approaching and leadership needs confidence in the basis for it.
A focused three-week examination of one live AI use case—giving leadership a clearer current view of what supports confidence, what requires attention, and what the next AI decision requires.
The Oversight & Accountability Stress Test™ brings current operating evidence into view around these two reliance questions.
A decision approaching, a material change, or a signal from actual use can make the existing picture incomplete.
A material decision is approaching and leadership needs confidence in the basis for it.
The system, workflow, people, or evidence no longer fully matches the last review.
New operating signals create a reason to understand what changed and what it means.
In 15 minutes, clarify the decision ahead, whether the use case fits the Stress Test, and the most useful next step.
Clarify the Next AI Decision →Know what you are relying on. Know what needs attention. Decide what comes next.
Give leadership an evidence-based basis to continue, renew, expand, strengthen, pause, or change course.
Bring safeguards, human oversight, monitoring and operating evidence into view so leadership can see where confidence is supported and where attention is needed.
Connect decisions to owners and dependencies so cross-functional teams can reduce decision drag and move faster with confidence.
A bounded post-deployment assessment that connects what the organization knows to the consequential AI decision leadership needs to make.

The Stress Test is a fixed-fee, three-week, post-deployment examination of one live AI use case within a bounded consequential business process. It is especially useful when leadership is considering renewal, expansion, increased reliance, a formal review, or responding to changed conditions or emerging signals.
It examines whether the AI system still supports its current role in the consequential decision pathway and whether the governance, oversight, safeguards, human oversight, monitoring, and accountability around its use remain sufficient for current conditions. Relevant business, governance, technical, provider, workflow, practitioner, monitoring, and specialist evidence are connected to understand what they mean together now.
No. The Stress Test is not an audit, compliance certification, legal determination, or post-mortem. It complements rather than replaces technical testing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, model-risk, privacy, security, safety, clinical, and other specialist review. Qualified specialist functions continue to own determinations within their expertise.
Participation is kept bounded to the people who can explain the use case, the business decision, the system, the relevant governance or specialist requirements, and how the work actually happens in practice. The exact mix depends on the case.
The approach connects established AI governance and risk frameworks with sociotechnical, human-centered, and organizational perspectives so leadership can understand not only how AI is governed, but how governance works when technology, people, and business conditions meet in practice.
